A small team with short paths.
20tps is a young company from Germany. There are few of us, we decide quickly and we talk to each other directly. What gets discussed today can be with customers tomorrow.
What we're after: a server that holds up when the whole community is on, and a host that says plainly what works and what doesn't.

Remote by default
Work from where you work well. No attendance theatre, no office you have to show up in to prove something.
Your own hours
It matters that the work is good, not that you were online at nine. Nights are allowed. This is a games company.
Apple hardware
You get the machine you can work on properly, and you pick it yourself rather than getting handed whatever was left.
Company car
Available if it fits your role and your life, and no drama if you would rather not have one.
Your work ships
At this size nothing you build disappears into a backlog. It goes out, and players notice it the same week.
Room to learn
Nobody here has done all of this before either. Asking is normal, and getting something wrong is part of it.

We read every application and answer every one, including the ones we turn down. If it looks like a fit, we set up a conversation.

We meet
A conversation about the actual work, no brainteasers. You talk to someone who does the work themselves. Afterwards both sides know whether it fits.
